Each month, local NPR station KUT highlights a local non-profit organization, and Saint Louise House is honored to be highlighted in January. What a great way to start the year! KUT’s Mike Lee visited Saint Louise House in mid-December and visited with SLH volunteer Helen Havelka, SLH program participant, Jamilah and Director of Volunteer Services and Community Outreach, Karen Ranus. Together they shared the “story” of Saint Louise House from different perspectives and highlighted to the value of our mission as well as the importance of volunteers.
